David Cleveland Pinkston

David Cleveland Pinkston age 63 of Mosheim, TN passed away Monday, April 10, 2023 at Morristown – Hamblen Hospital with his family by his side David enjoyed Hunting, fishing, and riding his four wheeler but mostly he loved spending time with his grandchildren and his dog “Dolly”.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Floyd and Betty Pinkston, Sisters; Marilyn Kinsler and Kimberley Contreras. Grandparents; Grover & Alice Pinkston, Lidge Bowman and Charlsie Barnes.

 

He survived by his loving wife of 20 years Susie Pinkston.  Daughters; Cetessa (George) Mack of Morristown, TN., Callie (James) Braswell of North Carolina.  Step Sons; Steven  (Carrie) Lawson and John (Johnny) Lawson of Newport, TN.

 

Grandchildren; Bailee and Brandon Clark,  Allarie Baxter of the home.  ALizay Mack of Los Angeles, California, Kellan Mack of Morristown, TN.  Great granddaughter; Oaklynn Lewis.  Brothers; Ricky (Phyllis) Pinkston of Bulls Gap, TN, Floyd (Teresa)Dale Pinkston of Hastings, Nebraska.  Sisters; April (Allan) Dawn Hobby of Weirsdale, Florida, Chiloe Pinkston.

A host of nieces and nephews.

 

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.  Special thanks to Nurses and doctors and Dockery – Senter Funeral Home.

Deborah Denise Brady

Deborah Denise Brady of Morristown, TN., born July 4, 1964.  Went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on April 5, 2023 at 9:01 PM at Turkey Creek, Tennova Healthcare Facility.


She was a member of Compassion Church, Morristown, TN.  Her greatest passion in life was nursing and she cared for her patients with love and kindness.  She was the kind of person who loved with a full heart and cared about everyone she knew.  Her greatest joy in her life was her son Jordon Scott.  Jordon always thought of her as his earthly angel, best friend, best mother, and the one person that he could always count on.  

She is survived by her loving Son; Jordon Scott, Father; James C. and Mother; Lorine Brady, Brothers; James Eddie (Cela), Jeffrey Wayne (Donna),Patrick Scott (Angela), Sister ;Heather Dawn and several nieces and nephews.


Her favorite song was “I can only Imagine”!  She loved the Lord with her whole soul and is now surrounded by his glory.

Services will be Friday, April 14, 2023. Family & Friends  Visitation 6:00 – 7:00 PM,  Celebration of Life Service 7:00 PM at 


Dockery – Senter Funeral Home  117 E. 3rd South Street. Morristown, TN .  Officiating Pastor Travis Mills.

Sylvia Elouise Arnett-Riley

Sylvia Elouise Arnett-Riley, 78, of Morristown, Tennessee enter this life on April 25, 1944, in Midway, TN and enter eternal rest from her sister’s home (Phyllis) on Saturday, March 18, 2023, surrounded by her sisters and family. 

 

She was a devoted member of Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Whitesburg, TN since childhood where she serve as a Church Mother, and as the Chair of the Dietary staff. 

 

Sylvia was proceeded in death by her husband, Allen Gene Riley, her father and mother, Louis and Nina B. Arnett; sister, Beulah Lee; brothers, Dale and Edward Arnett. 

 

Sylvia leaves to cherish her memories: one son and daughter-in-law, Rev. Anthony (Jan) Wilson of Homestead, Fl; step-mother/mother, Beatrice Arnett of Greeneville, TN; sisters, Georgia Kyle of Whitesburg, TN, Phyllis Blevins of Morristown, TN, Darlyn (Larry) McCrae of Belaire, MD; brother, Robert Arnett of Farragut, TN; sister-in-law, Deborah Arnett of Kingsport, TN and Dorothy Treece of Morristown, TN; brother-in-law, Joseph Riley of Morgan County, TN; special niece, Melessa Lee of Knoxville, TN and life long friend Dr. Janice Houston-Little of New York; several nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and her Tabernacle church family. 

 

Home going services will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at Dockery-Senter Funeral Home, Inc. with visitation from 11 to 12 and services 12 noon. Mrs. Riley will be laid to rest in the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery in Greeneville, TN.
