Thelma Fanney Ballinger

Thelma Fanney-Ballinger, age 59, passed away Friday, February 12,
2016. She was born and raised in Thorn
Hill, Tennessee. Thelma accepted Christ
at an early age. She was a member of
Thorn Hill Baptist Church. She also
fellowshipped at Abundant Life Church, Faith Temple Church of God in Christ and
Rock of Ages Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Ronnie "BowWow" Ballinger; parents: Elisha & Henrietta Fanney; twin brother: Billy Ray "Big Bill" Fanney; and sister: Linda Rogers.
Ballinger; her grandbabies (made her so weak!): Tanila, Jayma, Aleah,
Kaelyn, Kalik and Mike-Mike.
Thelma was blessed with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special
friends that she talked to daily and loved dearly.
