Barbara Ann (Evans) Mills, age 67, of Morristown, went to heaven on Saturday, February 28, 2015, while suffering illness at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare Systems.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Blanche Marie (Simpson) Evans and James William Evans; and her late husband of 26 years, Merrill Mills.
Barbara is survived by her daughter: Kimberly Faye Evans of Morristown; two granddaughters: Keshia Marie Gibbs of Anderson, IN, and Jacquelyn Janay Ray of Muncie, IN; four great-grandchildren; a sister: Margaret Jane (Evans) Lee of Muncie, IN; and a host of cousins and devoted friends.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 6 pm at Dockery Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 pm to 6 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 10:15 a.m. at Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City.
